It was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers to prepare God’s people for works of service so that the body of Christ might be built up.
— Ephesians 4:11-12
For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.
— Romans 12:4-5

Our belief is that good leadership is vitally important in fulfilling purpose and vision.  In addition, Lead Academy believes that leadership within a church context needs to be corporate and not the job of one person.  Churches are best served by a well-balanced and integrated team (paid or unpaid) with complementary gifts.  A team of leaders who lead by example, in their selfless-ness and love for the Lord and for each other, and in their whole-hearted commitment to sharing in Jesus’ mission of seeking and saving the lost, and building disciples.
