Creating Churches Non Church People Love To Attend

Aim:   A twin-track learning community for those wanting to grow healthy churches by advancing their vision and missional effectiveness.

When:  First session: 17 - 18 January 2018

Where:  CMS (Church Mission Society) Oxford

Team:   Ideally a team of 4-6 including the senior leader

Cost:  £1300 per year (£2600 over 2 years) for 4-6 delegates - includes training from Lead Academy’s facilitators and faculty, services of a dedicated coach, all materials, lunches, snacks & drinks,

Track 1For larger churches (generally of 300 plus)

Track 2Specifically geared to follow up the Further Faster Conference hosted by Lead Academy in July 2017 with the team from North Point Church, Atlanta.

Both tracks will share the same teaching input and emphasis but will have specific sessions and group work tailored to their own needs. This will also mean that teams are able to engage with others from similar contexts and sizes.

Attendance at the conference is not a prerequisite for this group although in preparation we would encourage everyone to read Andy Stanley's excellent book 'Deep and Wide'.

Over a 2-year period you will work through common issues with a group of churches that are facing similar questions and will develop realistic and measurable strategies that will significantly equip your church for the next stage of its ministry. After each 2-day session you will leave with a clear action plan for what you intend to achieve over the next 6 months and an element of accountability for its implementation to the wider group is a key part of the process.

This learning journey will provide you with the opportunity to reflect on what's going on as well as imagining what could be and explore how those dreams can be turned into reality.

You will receive expert input via Lead Academy’s extensive faculty and tailored coaching. However by employing a collaborative learning approach significant input and knowledge comes from one another as we share stories, ideas and approaches.
