£1200 per year (£2400 over 2 years) for 4-5 delegates - includes training from Lead Academy’s facilitators and faculty, services of a dedicated coach. all materials, lunches, snacks & drinks,
This learning community is designed for leadership teams from both ‘mid-sized’ churches of 150 - 250 regular attenders and larger churches of 250 plus.
You will be part of a group of up to 10 churches who are all committed to fulfilling the vision that God has given them and are already moving forward towards it. Over a 2-year period you will work through common issues with churches that are facing similar questions and will develop realistic and measurable strategies that will significantly equip your church for the next stage of its ministry. After each 2-day session you will leave with a clear action plan for what you intend to achieve over the next 6 months and an element of accountability for its implementation to the wider group is a key part of the process.
This learning journey will provide you with the opportunity to reflect on what's going on as well as imagining what could be and explore how those dreams can be turned into reality.

You will receive expert input via Lead Academy’s extensive faculty and tailored coaching. However by employing a collaborative learning approach such as this, significant input and knowledge comes from one another as we share stories, ideas and approaches.
